If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We'll replace it at no additional cost.

How long does shipping take?

Every lamp is individually handmade to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks for production before your order ships.

Once your lamp is completed, estimated shipping times are 6–12 business days, depending on your location and your local carrier.
