Welcome to Crafty Caleb. By accessing or using craftycaleb.com (the "Site") and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Overview

This Site is operated by Crafty Caleb ("we," "us," or "our"). Throughout the Site, the terms "you" and "your" refer to you, the user or customer. By visiting our Site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional policies referenced here, such as our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products

Every lamp is individually handmade to order using premium resin and finished by hand. Because each piece is crafted individually, slight variations in color, finish, clarity, and appearance are natural and make each item one of a kind. Product photos are representative; your item may vary slightly and this is not considered a defect.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our supported payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to cancel orders arising from such errors, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed.

5. Production & Shipping

Because items are made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for production before your order ships. Once completed, estimated shipping times are 6–12 business days depending on your location and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery times may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the item to the carrier. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged-item claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before ordering.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including images, text, logos, and designs created by us — is our property or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell any Site content without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or our products to: violate any law or regulation; infringe our or any third party's rights; transmit malicious code; harass, abuse, or harm others; or interfere with the security or operation of the Site. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Site for violating any of these Terms.

9. Product Use & Safety

Our lamps include a USB-powered LED base. Use only compatible USB power sources (wall adapter, computer, console, or power bank). Keep away from water and do not disassemble the electrical components. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper power sources, or modification of the product.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crafty Caleb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crafty Caleb from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

The Site may use third-party services (such as Shopify and payment processors) and may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties.
